Discover the foundations of patchwork while learning to design and assemble your own geometric fabric compositions. Using English paper piecing techniques, experiment with pattern as you sew your fabric around hand-cut shapes and fit them together. Learn other essential skills such as basting and invisible stitching—techniques that bring your quilt square together seamlessly with a professional finish. Leave with a deeper understanding of construction basics for quilting, plus a patchwork square in progress.

Organized in conjunction with Jesse Krimes: Elegy Quilts
