The Fabric Workshop and Museum returns to Parkway Pals at Sister Cities Park this summer! Join us at our table every Wednesday from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm, June 14–August 16 for new activities exploring this theme:

What We Have in Who We Are

How can we see art in who we are, where we are, and what we already have? Inspired by Henry Taylor: Nothing Change, Nothing Strange, explore the resources within yourself and within your city through printing, painting, assemblage, collage, map making, and mending with educators from FWM. We’ll have a new project each week so come back again and again!

This Week: Woven Paper Tartans

Artist Henry Taylor uses tartan cloth to talk about how we use patterns to express identity. Learn how to use colored paper strips and black tarvek to create your own personal plaid!
