Power Tees

August 21, 2022
2:30 pm to 4:30 pm

Power tee sample designed by Katie Parry, Museum Tour Manager. Background by Jayson Musson, in collaboration with The Fabric Workshop and Museum, Philadelphia. “His History of Art,” 2022. Photo credit: Carlos Avendaño.

In Jayson Musson’s exhibition “His History of Art,” Jay tells Ollie that power is conveyed through art by using composition, form, color, symbols, and repetition. How would you reimagine and redefine the power structures in our world using art? Join us for this special opportunity to create your own t-shirt design.

Participants will learn how to use custom pixel art, and screenprinting techniques to create their own powerful, new look!

Organized in conjunction with Jayson Musson: His History of Art
