The Fabric Workshop and Museum’s collection includes an extensive archive of photographic and video documentation of interviews, lectures and rare footage of FWM’s Artists-in-Residence (AIRs). The weekly series provides a rare opportunity for the public to view this collection of archived material from past Artists-in-Residence, illuminating how AIRs and Museum staff actualize artistic concepts and resolve challenges in creating works for the permanent collection. Viewers will gain a deeper understanding of the artists’ diverse methodologies and how the collaborative process of creation works at FWM.
