Celebrate the Spring Equinox at FWM! Artist-in-Residence Lisa Alvarado’s work inspires us to question how the passing of time might feel different to us if we measured our days through the movement of the earth, the whorls of a shell, or the rays of light through a window.

Using the screenprinting process, create a gradient that memorializes the shifts in color and light from sunrise to sunset and print your own accordionfold journal. Then join us in the galleries for a poetry reading from Alexis Almeida and Jericho Jennifer Nelson, curated by poet Bridget Talone
