Join Bearded Ladies hosts on Sundays for Family Snacks: programming made especially for our youngest fans. Expect family-friendly live music and performances, colorful costumes, and lots of interactivity. Best of all, this series is completely FREE! Open to kids of all ages.

This week: Us and Jordan from ILL Doots lead a sing-and-dance-along for kids of all ages hosted by Jarbeaux with Lili St. Queer on piano!

For Parents: Our Family Snacks series is made with special care for our youngest Beards fans, and appropriate for kids of all ages! The Green Room gallery is a warm and welcoming space to enjoy some glitter-full performances, help yourself to some rose-themed snacks and drinks, and relax! If you’re considering checking out John Jarboe’s: The Rose Garden installation as a family, please be aware that the gallery experience is recommended for ages 12 and up. Visit John Jarboe: The Rose Garden for more information including timed tickets and full content details.

We look forward to seeing you at Family Snacks this September!

 Love, The Beards & FWM

About the Participants

The Bearded Ladies Cabaret is a queer arts organization that sits on your lap and sings you a story. Whether it’s an opera, a home-made cabaret, a musical walking tour, or a show on a truck, we employ song, spectacle, storytelling, and heart to welcome audiences into moments of joy, healing, and subversion. Through sharing our original pieces and creating bespoke platforms for performance at home in Philadelphia, nationally, and abroad, we nurture artistic connection for a community of misfits, rabble-rousers, chanteuses and the people who love and need them.
