The Fabric Workshop and Museum and the New Temporary Contemporary at 1222 Arch Street opens its doors wide in January and February with a concept store by Workshop Residence from San Francisco, an innovative commercial, retail, art and design program.

During these two months, the Workshop Residence staff—Ann Hatch, Founder; Braden Weeks Earp, Director; and Lauren DiCioccio, Artist—transform The New Temporary Contemporary gallery space at 1222 Arch into a retail store, open studio, coffee bar, and reading room. Workshop Residence staff will examine The Fabric Workshop and Museum’s 38-year archive to develop a series of events and workshops.
