About the Participants

A chef preparing food in a kitchen. Manna Bakery by Chef Saif Manna is a Levantine-inspired bakery that utilizes flavors and ingredients from the Levant to create innovative baked goods. Growing up, Saif learned a great deal from his grandmothers who made everything from scratch; from cheeses and jams to elaborate dinners. His father was also an inspiration, since he also cooks and shares Saif’s love for food. Having his own food business was a childhood dream of Saif’s. Therefore, you’ll realize that every item at Manna Bakery has a story. One that is based on past and present experiences. Rooted in culture, family and love.
