Join Executive Director Susan L. Talbott as she introduces FWM Curator Karen Patterson to the Philadelphia community in her final public talk on behalf of the museum. This special gallery walkthrough of Jacolby Satterwhite: Room for Living will highlight the collaborative spirit of FWM’s Artist-in-Residence Program and explore Satterwhite’s newly debuted video and sculptural installations, offering insights into the artist’s methods and practice. The event will run until 7pm, followed by a reception with open gallery hours until 8pm.

Visitors will also have an opportunity to catch Echoes and Reverberations, our new exhibition featuring works by five former FWM Artists-in-Residence who chose to amplify aspects of their Native American heritage such that they resonate in our current lives.
