Join The Fabric Workshop and Museum to celebrate Slow Art Day and spend an unhurried hour from 1:00 – 2:00 pm viewing five works of art in the current exhibition, Lenka Clayton: Object Temporarily Removed. A discussion led by Petra Floyd, FWM’s Study Tour Coordinator, will follow from 2:00 – 3:00 pm.

Slow Art Day is a global event with a simple mission: help more people discover for themselves the joy of looking at and loving art. One day each year people all over the world visit local museums to look at art slowly. Simple by design, the goal is to focus on the art and the art of seeing.

For more information, go to www.slowartday.com.

Support for Lenka Clayton: Object Temporarily Removed is provided by the National Endowment for the Arts, the Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts, the Arcadia Foundation, and the Board of Directors and Members of The Fabric Workshop and Museum.
